Our Constitution & Bylaws
The IFMSA-Kurdistan Constitution is the primary document within IFMSA-Kurdistan. It defines IFMSA-Kurdistan as a legal entity and regulated its structure and control, as well as its activities within the outside world. The IFMSA-Kurdistan Bylaws regulate internal processes that are not regulated in the Constitution. The IFMSA-Kurdistan Bylaws provide extensive details on the functioning of the Federation along with regulations on meetings, memberships, decision making procedures, work of the Team of Officials, reporting schemes, financial management, and much more.
The Constitution & Bylaws were adopted by the IFMSA-Kurdistan National Assembly on the 4th of September 2016 in Duhok, Kurdistan region, Iraq.
